Terms & Condition for using Membership Privilege Card

Dear Valued Member,

Greetings from Kingfisher Restaurant & Bar. We are pleased to welcome you to our exclusive Membership Program. We sincerely appreciate your trust and support. Please find below the terms and conditions of your membership card:

1. This membership card is strictly valid for the registered cardholder only. It cannot be used by any other person.

2. The management reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time without prior notice in case of violation of rules and regulations.

3. The card will be valid from July 2026 to July 2027.

4. The original card must be presented during payment. Photocopies, scanned copies, or mobile images will not be accepted.

5. A 10% discount will be applicable on total food and beverage bills.

6. This card is only valid at Kingfisher Restaurant & Bar, Gulshan-2. It is not applicable at any other branch or establishment.

7. The card cannot be used for any official government or corporate purposes.

8. This card has no relation or connection with any alcohol permit.

9. Expired cards will not be accepted under any circumstances.

10. In case of loss, the management must be informed immediately. A replacement card may be issued with applicable charges.

11. The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

12. Discounts may not be applicable on special days, festivals, events or promotional programs.

13. Any alteration, damage, or tampering of the card may result in cancellation of the membership.

14. The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or add any terms and conditions at any time.

15. Misconduct, disorderly behavior, or any action damaging the reputation of the establishment may result in cancellation of membership.

16. The discount is applicable for dine-in only. It is not valid for takeaway orders.

17. The discount applies only to food and beverage items. VAT, service charge, and other government taxes are not included in the discount.

18. Only one card can be used per bill.

19. The card is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold or used for commercial purposes.

20. In all matters, the decision of the management will be final.

21. The cardholder may be required to present valid identification when requested.

22. Photography or sharing of card details on social media is not allowed without management permission.

23. The card must not be used for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized commercial activities.

24. The management may request additional verification details when necessary.

25. The discount is applicable only on regular menu items; it may not apply to combo offers, or promotional items.

26. Multiple cards cannot be used to combine discounts for a single table or bill.

27. Cardholders and their guests must comply with the establishment’s rules regarding behavior and safety.

28. Any proven misuse of the card may result in permanent cancellation and refusal of future membership issuance.

29. In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, discount benefits may be temporarily suspended.

30. The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

31. A valid alcohol permit is mandatory to obtain this membership card.
