DESCRIPTION: 
Garlic Sauce is a strong flavored and creamy taste including Lemon and olive oil that both are helpful for health. Can be served with bread.


 INGREDIENTS:

  • Corn flour-3 tbl spoon
  • Garlic clove-3 or 4
  • Liquid Milk-1 cup
  • Lemon juice-3 tbl spoon
  • Olive oil-1cup
  • Salt- to taste

INSTRUCTION:

Step 1

  • Pour water in pan on very low heat.
  • Add 3 table spoon of corn flour
  • Stir continuing till flour melted with water
  • Stir slowly until become thicken like jelly
  • Stop and then put aside for cooling. 

Step 2

  • Take a blander / food processor and pour corn flour jelly
  • Add garlic clove, liquid milk and salt. Bland together until made like  thickened cream.
  • Add 1 table spoon olive oil and 1 table spoon lemon juice do it 2 or 3 turns.
  • Looks! It's come white and creamy with strong flavored.

Note: For extra creamy needed then increase liquid milk. For garlic strong flavor needed then increase garlic clove.
