⏰Preparation:20 min. ⏰Time: Total Time:60 min.
Ingredients:- All-purpose flour-2 cup
- Sugar-1.5 cup
- Egg-3
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
- Chocolate / Cocoa powder-1 cup
- Vanilla essence-1/2 teaspoon
- Butter-1/4 cup
- Water-1 cup
- Salt-1/2 teaspoon
- Butter paper-1 sheet
Dough_Instruction:- Sugar & egg mix well
- Add Flour, Milk, Salt and pour water, and mix well by whisk see picture
- Add chocolate powder and baking powder than mix all together smoothly.
- Finally, add vanilla essence and then mix one more time see video
- After then keep aside 10 minutes for setting.
- Let's an oil brush your pan/baking pot and fixed a layer with butter pepper and then pour all berry. see picture
Baking_Instruction:- Set oven temperature 180° (Pre-heat) to 220° baking heat.
- Set tray center in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes later check by inserted a toothpick into the cake and bring out, if you saw tooth pick is dry then baking is done. (If you see the toothpick is a little wet then bake more than 5 minutes)
Note: - Temperature can be little variation for a variety of ovens, so better you can check once a time over the baking schedule.
