Chicken shish kebab




Introduction: Shish kebab is one of the most delicious kebabs in the world, origin Turkish.
Shish kebab can make chicken, beef, lamb also fish.



Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless meat
  • Animal fat 
  • Mustard oil
  • Plain Yoghurt
  • Green chili
  • Coriander leaf
  • Onion whole
  • Garlic cloves
  • Red chili powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Cinamon powder
  • Salt

 

 

  • 1 kilogram
  • 250 gm
  • 3 tablespoon
  • 1/2 cup
  • 10 medium
  • 1 cup chopped
  • 5 medium
  •  10 cloves
  • 2 tablespoon
  • 2 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon

 

 

  • Meat mincer machine
  • Meat skewers (metal or Bambo Stick)
  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Mixing Bowl

Instructions:
  1. Wash meet gently after then squeeze the last drop of water and hang by cheesecloth before commencing marinate.
  2. Cut meat as cube size, Peeled onion, Garlic, and clean essential materials.
  3. Take a mixing bowl
  4. Pour chicken boneless, Animal fat, Mustard oil, Plain yogurt, Green chili, Coriander leaves, Peeled Onion, Garlic clove, Red chili powder, Cumin powder, Cinamon powder, and salt.
  5. Mixed all ingredients vigorously for 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Make sure there is no drop of water.
  7. Take a meat mincer machine electric or handheld (manual).
  8.                                 
  9. Start to mince the meat little by little. If it is an electric machine, then work carefully.
  10. After finish mincing then more beat by hand smoothly and check to season.
  11. Wrap and keep in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

  13. Then take the minced meat on a stick as shown in the picture.
  14. Once the minced meat is made and fix on the skewers, bake on top of the charcoal as shown in the picture below.
