Introduction: A garden fresh salad that involves no mayo or sour cream, so, definitely this salad is perfect for all ages.
Ingredients:
- Capsicum- 1 medium whole
- Cucumber- 2 medium whole
- Tomato- 2 whole
- Onion- 2 medium
- Carrot- 1 medium
- Black Olive (Seedless)- 5 nos
- Lettuce- 1 leaf
- Mustard Sauce- 2 tablespoon
- Salt- to taste
Utensils:
- Knife
- Chopping board
- Peeler
- Tablespoon
- Teaspoon
- Serving fork
- Mixing bowl
- Serving plate
Directions:
- Wash all ingredients and peeled the necessary item. (Remember, wash before peeled or cut)
- Cut all vegetables like shown in picture:
- Take a bowl and pour all vegetables.
- Add Olive ring.
- Add 2 tablespoon mustard sauce shown in picture:
- Also, you can use salad dressing as you like.
- Add salt to taste.
Presentation:
- Take an oval plate.
- Make a layer of lettuce and pour all salad on the plate.
