Porridge is a hot breakfast cereal, smooth in texture and light in taste. It is made by mixing semolina flour with hot water or you can use milk. Ingredients:  Semolina Porridge for Breakfast.
= Semolina Flour =1/2 Cup
= Milk = Cups
= Water = 1/2 Cup
= Cinnamon stick = 1/2 tsp
= Some of mixed fruits for garnish
= Honey or any other sweetener to taste = 2 Tsp
= Butter = 2 Tsp
= Salt = Little bit .

Instructions: Semolina Porridge for Breakfast.
= Take a saucepan and pour water after then bring water to a boil, add the milk and the cinnamon stick, and stir in the semolina.
= After water becomes boil then do not use the lid.
= Simmer gently and stir frequently to prevent the porridge from coming up lumps till the semolina becomes tender with a porridge thickness.
= Add the butter and continue to simmer until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
= Garnish top with some fruits then drizzle some honey over it.
