Diabetes vs Food. Season -4

I often see diabetic patients suffer from hesitation about their food list.
Some people are so busy that they always have to rely on ready meals.
Fortunately, I want to say here that you still have plenty of food options - anyone with diabetes knows that you should stay away from salt and sugar that raises your blood pressure and blood sugar, but you can still get fresh meals by preparing meals. Just you need to change your menu plan. From a chef's point of view,
I mentioned my food list below.

Avoid: Mayo

The word mayo makes my mouth water.
We all like to have plenty of mayonnaise in our sandwiches or burgers, but it’s pretty bad for you.
One tablespoon of mayonnaise contains calories and is high in fat. For those who are trying to leave Mayo, you are at the beginning mixing half a serving of mayo with a low-calorie spice (like mustard) can gradually change the habit.
You can eliminate it completely in the long run.
So let's try.

Instead, Eat: Low-Fat Yogurt

Not just Persians, more or less sour yogurt is found all over the world.
Low-fat sour yogurt is a great Mayo alternative.
It is rich in nutrients that can make your sandwich healthier than before.
It contains
1. Calcium and for healthy
2. Strong bones,
3. Potassium, for your metabolism and muscle
4. Protein and to help repair your tissues
5. B6 and B12 for a healthy nervous system and extra energy. Also, it contains good bacteria that can help your body digest food. So, you can easily change your meal plan, just so your wish is enough.

Potassium is a mineral in the body. Almost 98% of potassium is found inside the cells. Small changes in its level can have severe effects on the heart, nerves, and muscles. So we should be really conscious about the food products that we used in your daily meal.
