Diabetes vs Food. Season -5

What to eat and what not to eat.

I often see diabetic patients suffer from hesitation about their food list.
Some people are so busy that they always have to rely on ready meals.
Fortunately, I want to say here that you still have plenty of food options - anyone with diabetes knows that you should stay away from salt and sugar that raises your blood pressure and blood sugar, but you can still get fresh meals by preparing meals. Just you need to change your menu plan. From a chef's point of view,

I mentioned my food list below.

Avoid: Candy
"Candy" Ah! Nostalgic is my childhood, adolescence.
But, now candy is just deposited on the memory page.
Yes, I was talking about candy.

Anyone with diabetes knows the fact that it is high in sugar. Sugar-free candy is another option, but it still has no nutritional value for the calories you are consuming. There is no substitute for candy.
Sugar-free candies are available in the market but if the candies do not contain sugar, they do not contain any amount of nutrients.

Instead, Eat: Fruits

Life without love is like a tree without blossoms or fruit.
Said- Khalil Gibran.

Fruits can help your body and fiber helps digest natural sugars. Have a little idea of how it will affect your blood sugar. Each fruit contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, but most contain vitamin C, which boosts energy levels and your immune system.

Fruits are one of the most nutritious-dense foods on the earth, and it would be a big mistake to keep them away from your diet.
