Diabetes vs Food. Season -6

What to eat and what not to eat.

Avoid: Beef

Beef is everyone's favorite food.
But, beef may not be good for everyone.
Because it contains more fat which can clog the arteries and make you feel worse over time. It is better to avoid it for diabetics.
If you want to control your diabetes and put beef on the menu, always choose lean meat. Which contains 100 calories, e.g., tenderloin.

Instead, Eat: Fish

Nowadays, many people do not want to eat fish, but young boys and girls are different, but it is important for adults to eat fish. Because fish provides heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. But not all fish, for example, white fish like tilapia and cod. Apart from these, you can put any fish on your menu.
A fillet of salmon can contain 40 grams of protein for healthy muscles, potassium for nerve impulses and heart control, and selenium to prevent coronary heart disease.
So, eat a fillet of fish and try to avoid beef day by day.
