Grill Chicken Salad
Introduction: A garden fresh salad that involves no mayo or sour cream, so, definitely this salad is perfect for all ages.
Ingredients:

- Chicken Boneless- 1 Breast
- White pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
- Soya sauce- 1 teaspoon
- LP Sauce- 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice- 1 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil or butter- 1 tablespoon
- Capsicum- 1 medium whole
- Cucumber- 2 medium whole
- Tomato- 2 whole
- Onion- 2 medium
- Carrot- 1 medium
- Black Olive (Seedless)- 5 nos
- Lettuce- 1 leaf
- Mustard Sauce- 2 tablespoon
- Salt- to taste
Utensils:
- Knife
- Chopping board
- Peeler
- Tablespoon
- Teaspoon
- Serving fork
- Mixing bowl
- Serving plate
Directions:
- Remove fat from chicken breast.
- Take a mixing bowl for marination, and pour Chicken, Soya sauce, Sugar, LP sauce, Lemon juice, after then mix well together.
- Keep aside 20 to 30 minutes in the chiller.
- Wash all ingredients and peeled the necessary item. (Remember, wash before peeled or cut)
- Cut all vegetables like shown in the picture:
- Take the marinated chicken out of the chiller and normalize it.
Heat the grill.
Pour some batter/olive oil on the pan after then
Sift the chicken over the grill side by side.
When chicken becomes golden brown then remove from grill and cut like jardiniere cut
Take a bowl and pour all vegetables. and grill chicken
Add Olive ring.Add 2 tablespoon mustard sauce shown in the picture:
Mustard Sauce Also, you can use salad dressing as you like.
Add salt to taste.

- Take an oval plate.
- Make a layer of lettuce and pour all salad on the plate.
