Mint Lemonade Recipe
INTRODUCTION:
Mint leaves help in indigestion. It relieves nausea.
It is rich in vitamins B and C. Mint leaves contain minerals and antiseptic ingredients. And everyone knows the quality of lemon. So, this drink will also work for you as an extraordinary, miraculous power. I make it every day in my kitchen.
REQUIRED KITCHENWARE:
- Chopping Board
- Cutting knife
- Iced Crasher / Blander
- Pilsener glass
- Spoon
INGREDIENTS & QUANTITY:
- Mint leaves- 100 gm
- Fresh lemon- 2 medium
- Ice cube- 12-15 cubes
- Sugar syrup- 1 tablespoon
- Chilled water (Someone use soda water)- 1 cup
- Salt- to taste
DIRECTION: (Step-1)
- Wash all raw materials gently.
- Prepare a blender.
- Remove Mint leaf stalks.
- Squeeze lemon juice and keep it aside.
DIRECTION: (Step-2)
- Pour mint leaf in blander.
- Add Ice cube, Sugar syrup, and cold water.
- Bland smoothly in hi-speed.
- Take a break for a couple of seconds and Check, when the ice cube becomes granule but thickened / Smoothie, then -
- Add lemon juice and salt after then blend again for 20 seconds.
- Check to season and pour In a Pilsener glass.
GARNISHING: Arrange a mint leaf inside a slice of lemon and place it on top of the glass.
