Mint Lemonade Recipe



INTRODUCTION: 

Mint leaves help in indigestion. It relieves nausea.
It is rich in vitamins B and C. Mint leaves contain minerals and antiseptic ingredients. And everyone knows the quality of lemon. So, this drink will also work for you as an extraordinary, miraculous power. I make it every day in my kitchen.

REQUIRED KITCHENWARE:
  1. Chopping Board
  2. Cutting knife
  3. Iced Crasher / Blander
  4. Pilsener glass
  5. Spoon

INGREDIENTS & QUANTITY:
  1. Mint leaves- 100 gm
  2. Fresh lemon- 2 medium
  3. Ice cube- 12-15 cubes
  4. Sugar syrup- 1 tablespoon
  5. Chilled water (Someone use soda water)- 1 cup
  6. Salt- to taste
DIRECTION: (Step-1)
  1. Wash all raw materials gently.
  2. Prepare a blender.
  3. Remove Mint leaf stalks.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice and keep it aside.
DIRECTION: (Step-2)
  1. Pour mint leaf in blander.
  2. Add Ice cube, Sugar syrup, and cold water.
  3. Bland smoothly in hi-speed.
  4. Take a break for a couple of seconds and Check, when the ice cube becomes granule but thickened / Smoothie, then -
  5. Add lemon juice and salt after then blend again for 20 seconds.
  6. Check to season and pour In a Pilsener glass.
GARNISHING: Arrange a mint leaf inside a slice of lemon and place it on top of the glass.
