Popcorn Shrimp, A delicious snacks for your loved one.

 Popcorn Shrimp as an appetizer



 INTRODUCTION:  

A type of deep-fried coated shrimp is normally made with only the shrimp to be bite-sized. Crispy & Juicy. Similar to the way you'd eat popcorn. That's why called popcorn.

 INGREDIENTS & QUANTITY: 

  1. Shrimp Small Size- 500gm.
  2. Flour- 2 Cups.
  3. Egg- 2 pcs
  4. White pepper- 1 teaspoon
  5. Vegetable oil- For frying 
  6. Ginger powder- 1 teaspoon
  7. Garlic powder- 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt- To taste

 KITCHEN UTENSILS:

  1. Mixing tray / Bowl medium size
  2. Bowl small size- 1
  3. Strainer
  4. Pan
  5. Whisk
  6. Knife

 DIRECTION: 

  1. Wash & clean shrimp
  2. Remove shrimp shell with dark vain shown in the picture:


  3. Keep aside 10 to 15 minutes to strain extra water.
  4. Take a mixing tray and pour flour. then add white pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, and mix well.
  5. Take another bowl and beat the egg by the whisk.
  6. Fix pan on the stove, pour oil, and flame on medium-high.
  7. Step-1: Shrimp spread with flour mixer after then dipped in egg batter and raised up and back to flour mixture again. Shown as picture:




  8. Step- 2: One more turn Spread with egg after then back to the flour mixture and finally fried in hot oil. Shown in picture:

  9. When becomes golden brown then pick up.

 GARNISHING: Take an oval plate and garnish as you like but I like the green and red combination that's why I use lettuce and curving red tomato. Served with french fries and tartar sauce or anything you like. Enjoy...
