নতুন যেতে ইচ্ছুক অথবা ছুটিতে এসে যারা লকডাউনে আটকে পরেছেন এবং এখন যেতে চাচ্ছেন, তাদের জন্যে নতুন নিয়ম জারি করলো সংযুক্ত আরব আমিরাত।
আরব আমিরাতের স্থানীয় গাল্ফ নিউজের খবরে বলা হয়েছে, বিমানবন্দরে প্রবেশের সময় করোনা রোধে পূর্ব ঘোষিত নিয়ম না মানায় গত ১৪ সেপ্টেম্বর (মঙ্গলবার) পর্যন্ত বেশকিছু ভারতীয় ও পাকিস্তানি যাত্রী দুবাই আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরে আটকে পড়েন। এবং পরবরতিতে তাদেরকে নিজ দেশে ফেরত পাঠানো হয়। এরপর সকল বিমান সংস্থা ও ট্রাভেল এজেন্টদের এই নতুন নিয়ম জারির নির্দেশনা দেয় সংযুক্ত আরব আমিরাত।
যারা রিটার্ন টিকেট নিয়ে ছুটিতে দেশে এসেছেন এবং লকডাউনের কারনে ফেরত যেতে পারেন নি কিন্তু এখন যেতে চাচ্ছেন, তাদের কিছু বিশেষ নিয়ম মেনে যেতে হবে, নইলে টিকেট কনফার্ম করতে পারবেন না।
তার কারন এবং বিশেষ নিয়মগুলো হিসেবে-
(ক) আপনার টিকেট টি হয়তোবা স্বয়ংক্রিয় ভাবে ক্যান্সেল হয়ে গেছে এখন নতুন করে আপডেট করতে হবে।
(খ) পাশাপাশি অতিরিক্ত অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে।
(গ) টিকেট কনফার্ম করতে গেলে সাথে আপনাকে কিছু অতিরিক্ত
প্রমানাদি, নথি পত্র সাথে নিতে হবে। কারনঃ
(ঘ) আপনাকে প্রমান করতে হবে যে,
(১) আপনার পাসপোর্ট, ভিসা'র মেয়াদ আছে।
(২) আপনার কোম্পানির এমপ্লয়মেন্ট বহাল আছে।
(৩) আপনি আমিরাতের নিরধারিত ব্র্যান্ডের ২ ডোজ ভ্যাকসিন / টিকা নিয়েছেন।
(৪) আপনি করোনা "নেগেটিভ" আছেন এবং সাথে পি সি আর টেস্ট রেজাল্ট আছে ।
(৫) আপনার আমিরাতে প্রবেশ এর "গ্রীন সিগন্যাল" খ্যাত নথি আছে।
(৬) আমিরাতের ফেডারেল অথরিটি https://ica.gov.ae/সাইটে আপনাকে একটি ডাটাবেজ তৈরি করে তা রেজিস্ট্রেশন করে পরবর্তীতে ডাউনলোড করে টিকেটের সাথে জমা করতে হবে। যে ডেটাবেজ আপনার দুবাই প্রবেশের নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করে। আপনার নিকটস্থ টাইপিস্ট অথবা ভিসা পরামর্শক এর সহায়তায় উক্ত সাইট এ আপনার ডাটাবেজ তৈরি করে নিতে পারেন। আথবা নীচে কমেন্ট বক্সে আপনার সমস্যা লিখলে সহায়তা পেতে পারেন।

The United Arab Emirates has issued new rules for those who want to go new or are stuck on lockdown and want to go now.
A number of Indian and Pakistani passengers were stranded at Dubai International Airport until September 14 (Tuesday) due to non-compliance with previously announced rules to prevent corona from entering the airport, local Gulf News reported. And later they were sent back to their homeland. The UAE then instructed all airlines and travel agents to issue the new rules.
Those who came to the country on holiday with a return ticket and could not return due to lockdown but want to go now, have to follow some special rules, otherwise, they will not be able to confirm the ticket.
As its cause and special rules-
(A) Your ticket may have been automatically canceled and you may need to update it now.
(B) Additional payments must be made as well.
(C) If you go to confirm the ticket, you will get some extra
Evidence, documents must be taken along. Reason:
(D) You must prove that,
(1) Your passport, the visa is valid.
(2) Your company's employment is valid.
(3) You have received 2 doses of vaccine/brand prescribed by UAE.
(4) You are corona "negative" and have a PCR test result.
(5) You have a document known as the "Green Signal" of entry into the UAE.
(6) The Federal Authority of the UAE https://ica.gov.ae/ site you have to create a database, register it, download it later and submit it with the ticket. That database guarantees your access to Dubai. With the help of your nearest typist or visa consultant, you can create your database on that site.
